Chicken and Veggie Fried Rice

A flavorsome mix of chicken and vegetables.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Fry the onion and garlic on olive oil until it gets brown, add the chicken cut in cubes. Stir until cooked.
  2. Add the chopped olives, lime juice and the mustard, then add salt and pepper.
  3. When well cooked, add the vegetables.
  4. After well cooked, add the rice.
  5. Serve.
