Green chilies hug the chicken and impart a mild, roasted flavor to the chicken.

Directions
- Preheat oven to 400 °F (205 °C)..
- Arrange chicken in a 9"x13" baking dish; pour lime juice evenly over chicken. Season with salt and pepper (or if desired you can use taco seasoning).
- Lay one roasted green chili over each chicken breast. Cover dish with foil; bake for 30 minutes.
- Sprinkle cheese evenly over chicken; bake uncovered an additional 5 minutes or until cheese melts.
