Directions
- Picar la carne y la cebolla en cuadros muy pequeños. Freír y condimentar a gusto.
- Luego, lavar el pimentón y partir por la mitad. Quitar semillas y ranuras blancas.
- Rellenar con la carne y cebolla, agregar una lámina de queso encima.
- Llevar al horno hasta que el queso se derrita. Servir con una ensalada fresca, ideal tomates.
