Куриные Котлеты

Куриные котлетки с творогом и зеленью.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Нарезать филе мелкими кусочками (1 см максимум), смешать с яичными белками, нарезанным луком и зеленью, добавить творог и все перемешать.
  2. Лепим котлетки и жарим на антипригарной сковороде без масла или в мультиварке, кому как удобно, их можно даже на пару.
  3. Если жарите в мултиварке на функции "поджаривание", то придерживайте на каждой стороне по 2-3 минутки. Подавайте с гречкой, диким рисом, да чем угодно. Приятного аппетита.
