Low carb flax bread.
Ingredients
Directions
- Melt butter in a large bowl. Add all other ingredients and whisk together really well.
- Take 6 oven safe bowls, ramekins or tins, basically anything that will give you the shape and size you want.
- Divide batter up evenly among the 6 tins, you’ll end up with approximately 1/3 cup of batter in each tin.
- Bake at 350 °F (175 °C) for 20 minutes.
- Let them cool for a few minutes, then carefully slice each bun. Toast them to desired crispness and enjoy.

Have made this recipe but limited the artificial sweetner to 1/4 tsp. Splenda Naturals (stevia). Have also cut the number of yolks and replaced each with 1 TBSP. more of flaxseed meal and 1/2 TBSP.water with good results.

Nice when craving bread on a low carb diet. It has the consistency of corn bread. I used a muffin tin to make these.
