Papillote d’Aubergines à la Tomate

Si vous Aimez les aubergines cette recette vous plaira, elle est simple et diététique.

  1. Préchauffer votre four à 180 degrés, laver, essuyer et couper les aubergines en deux dans le sens de la longueur. Evidez les et découper la chair en petit morceau, saler et poivrer.
  2. Laver et couper les tomates en dès, hachez finement l’ail et persil, et émietter la biscotte.
  3. Melanger ceci dans la chair d’aubergines huilez légèrement et garnissez de ce hachis chaque moitié d’aubergines.
  4. Rajouter les tomates par dessus, un peu d’huile si vous le souhaitez tout mettre dans de l’aluminium et enfournez pendant 1 h environ en surveillant la cuisson.
