Ingredients

Directions

  1. Pre-heat oven to 400 °F (200 °C). Spray cooking sheet with cooking spray.

How is this diabetic friendly? Oats and wheat are carbs which us diabetics need to AVOID at all costs.

The serving size must be 1, or 1/2 a strip. It would be nice to know.

I would try it with crushed pork rinds instead of wheat germ and bran cereal.1 serving is 1 strip.

amazing!!! I did not ground the almonds or flax seed- just chopped up the almonds pretty well. It gave the chicken lots of texture. I had a little bit of mustard as the dipping sauce- it was delicious! very fast and easy to prepare/make.
