Galette de Courgette
Des galettes simple et légère.
Ingredients
Directions
- Dans un premier temps râpez les courgettes et les laisser degorger pendant 1h au frigo.
- Ensuite battez l'oeuf y ajoutée l'ail, les oignons, l'herbe de Provence et les courgettes râpée et ajoutée 2 cuillère à soupe de farine.
- Salée et poivrée.
- Il suffit ensuite de prendre un poêle anti adhésive et de faire des petits tas, les cuire 3min de chaque coter.
- Vous pouvez faire évoluer cette recette en ajoutant des poivrons, des carottes ou même des épices comme le curry.
