Galette de Courgette

Des galettes simple et légère.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Dans un premier temps râpez les courgettes et les laisser degorger pendant 1h au frigo.
  2. Ensuite battez l'oeuf y ajoutée l'ail, les oignons, l'herbe de Provence et les courgettes râpée et ajoutée 2 cuillère à soupe de farine.
  3. Salée et poivrée.
  4. Il suffit ensuite de prendre un poêle anti adhésive et de faire des petits tas, les cuire 3min de chaque coter.
  5. Vous pouvez faire évoluer cette recette en ajoutant des poivrons, des carottes ou même des épices comme le curry.
