Leichte Pfannkuchen

Pfannkuchen ohne Zucker.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Mehl (50 g können auch durch Koch- und Backeiweiß ersetzt werden) und Milch in einer Schüssel mit 1 Prise Salz glatt rühren.
  2. Eier und 1 EL Öl unterrühren.
  3. Eine beschichtete Pfanne (Durchmesser ca. 26 cm) mit etwas Öl erhitzen. Nacheinander 8 dünne Pfannkuchen backen, gegebenenfalls Pfanne nachölen.
  4. Pfannkuchen auf einem Teller stapeln und etwas abkühlen lassen.
  5. Pfannkuchen-Wraps: Nach dem Abkühlen mit Frischkäse bestreichen, mit 1 Salatblatt, 1 Scheibe gekochtem Schinken und 1 Scheibe Gouda Mild belegen und aufrollen. Un Klarsichtfolie einwickeln.
