Gefüllter Blumenkohl im Bratschlauch

Dieser Blumenkohl sieht lecker aus und ist einfach zu machen.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Blumenkohl 10 min kochen. Aus den anderen Zutaten (außer Käse) eine gleichmäßige Masse kneten. Mit Knoblauch, Peperoni, Tabasco, Fondor, Pfeffer sehr scharf würzen, weil der Blumenkohl viel Würze egalisiert.
  2. Den Blumenkohl auf dem Kopf legen, etwas auseinander drücken. Hackfleischmasse hinein drücken. Den Blumenkohl wieder in Form bringen. In Bratschlauch geben (klappt am besten mit dem Teller, dann einfach herunter in den Schlauch hinein gleiten lassen). 2 Scheiben Ziegenkäse drauflegen.
  3. 30 min geschlossen, + 15 min offen bei 180° backen.
