Tortitas de Claras y Avena

Tortitas de desayuno a base de claras de huevo, leche desnatada y harina de avena.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Mezclamos todos los ingredientes con la ayuda de un Shaker (mezclador) o con 1 varilla o tenedor.
  2. En una sartén o plancha a fuego medio-fuerte previamente caliente y pintada con una gota de aceite vertemos una capa del grosor que deseemos, cubriendo toda la superficie.
  3. Hacer por una cara hasta que se separe con facilidad de la plancha, voltear y repetir por el otro lado.
