Batido Verde Quema Grasa

Delicioso batido que sacia el hambre, quema grasa y tiene bajo contenido calórico, ademas de ser bastante nutritivo. Este batido puede reemplazar un almuerzo o alguna comida y si se busca endulzar, se recomienda el stevia o endulcorante.

Directions

  1. Lavar todos los ingredientes.
  2. Pelar el pepino y la manzana (la última opcional). Luego picar y descorazonar la manzana y echar todo a la licuadora con 1/4 de vaso de agua (de 75 a 100 ml).
  3. Luego de licuar, probarlo y si se quiere más dulce se recomienda usar stevia o endulzante sin calorías. Y a disfrutar,

es espectacular!!!! hace meses lo tomo a veces y no solo sirve para bajar de peso, limpia el organismo, se siente...ademas después de un tiempo es como si el cuerpo te pidiera comer mas sano.
