- Add chicken to slow cooker, then top with seasonings and salsa.
- Cover and cook on low for 5-6 hours.
- Shred the chicken with two forks. Add cubed cream cheese. Use a whisk to mix the sauce that is in the slow cooker.
- Add the shredded chicken back to the slow cooker. Turn the slow cooker to low and cook another 30 minutes for the chicken to absorb the creamy salsa verde sauce.
