Chocolate Banana Muffins

If you have leftover bananas this is the perfect recipe.

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 °F (175 °C). Line a muffin tin with paper liners, or spray with cooking spray.
  2. Whisk together the egg, sugar, applesauce, vanilla and bananas.
  3. Mix the dry ingredients and add to wet. Mix just until combined.
  4. Bake for 20-25 minutes. Let cool and serve.
  5. Note: try adding 1/2 cup of mini semisweet chocolate chips to the wet ingredients.
