Porridge de Avena y Chocolate

Directions

  1. Se introducen en un recipiente los 25 g de avena y se echa por encima agua, hasta que cubra unos dos dedos aproximadamente. Se añade edulcorante al gusto y se remueve.
  2. Se introduce el recipiente dentro del microondas y se calienta durante aproximadamente 1 minuto y medio. A continuación se la añade la cucharada de cacao desgrasado sin azúcar, y se remueve de nuevo.
  3. Se corta una manzana en pedacitos y se añaden al recipiente y a servir. También puede meterse en el frigorífico y consumirse fresquito.
