A easy to make tasty lasagne made with tuna and ratatouille.
Ingredients
Directions
- Mix the ratatouille and tuna in a pan and put over medium heat. Stir Occasionally and do not allow to boil.
- Bring the pasta sheets to the boil and simmer until cooked.
- When that pasta is cooked. Spoon half the mixture into a large shallow ovenproof dish. Top with the layer of lasagne. Spoon the remaining mixture over the lasagne and top with a final layer.
- Sprinkle the cheese over the lasagne.
- Bake at 200 °C, gas mark 6 for 20 minutes.
- Serve with a large salad with low fat dressing.
