Onion and Mushroom Soup
Low fat, tasty soup that's a great winter warmer.
Ingredients
Directions
- Slice mushrooms and onions and add to pot.
- Add 6 cups of your favorite stock.
- Add seasoning to taste.
- Bring to boil and simmer for 20-30 minutes.

I caramelized the onions and mushrooms in a pan with a little cooking spray (PAM). Then I added them and about a half package of dry Lipton's French onion soup mix to low sodium chicken stock. Simmered about 30 - 45 minutes. REAL TASTY!

This recipe is really good and easy to make!!

I made this soup and it was really good the only thing I did different was I put the soup in french onion soup bowls and put one slice of fat free mozzarella cheese over it. It was only one extra point for weight watchers
