- Масло растопить, овсянку смолоть в муку, банан -в пюре. Добавить разрыхлитель и вымешать тесто. По консистенции должно быть похоже на песочное. Если вначале липнет-отставить на несколько минут-овсянка разбухнет и тесто приобретет нужную консистенцию. Раскатать слой в 3-5 мм толщиной, вырезать печеньки и в печь на 175-180 градусов на 20 минут.
