Espaguetis Caprichosos

Una receta sencilla, rápida y gourmet.

Directions

  1. Poner agua con sal a hervir y añadir la porción deseada de espaguetis.
  2. Descongelar las espinacas en el microondas y triturar junto con el ajo, una cucharada de aceite de oliva y una pizca de sal. Si no tienes licuadora puedes poner las espinacas enteras. Recomendable dorar un poco el ajo antes de mezclarlo con las espinacas.
  3. Poner la mezcla anterior en una sartén a fuego medio para que las espinacas cojan el sabor del ajo.
  4. Trocear la nueces y partir los tomates cherry por la mitad. Añadir a la sartén hasta que los cherry empiecen a arrugarse.
  5. Añadir los espaguetis a la sartén y remover durante unos minutos para que cojan el sabor de la salsa.
