Dandelion leaf tuna salad with egg whites.

  1. Hard-boil 4 eggs.
  2. While eggs are coming to a boil, chop dandelion and mix the ingredients in a mixing bowl.
  3. Once eggs are done, peel the eggs and separate the whites, then mix in with the rest of the salad.
