Directions
- Cortar el tomate en 7 u 8 rodajas.
- Cortar la bola de queso mozzarella en otras 7 u 8 rodajas.
- Colocar alternadamente una rodaja de tomate y otra de mozzarella, montando un poco una rodaja sobre otra.
- Salar al gusto, espolvorear con orégano y rociar con un chorrito de aceite de oliva. Si se quiere se puede acompañar con unas olivas negras y verdes.
