Ensalada Caprese

Muy fácil y rápida de hacer.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Cortar el tomate en 7 u 8 rodajas.
  2. Cortar la bola de queso mozzarella en otras 7 u 8 rodajas.
  3. Colocar alternadamente una rodaja de tomate y otra de mozzarella, montando un poco una rodaja sobre otra.
  4. Salar al gusto, espolvorear con orégano y rociar con un chorrito de aceite de oliva. Si se quiere se puede acompañar con unas olivas negras y verdes.
