Carotte Cake

C'est facile, c'est rapide, c'est délicieux.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Préchauffer le four à 180°c. Mixer la carottes.
  2. Mélanger la farine, le son, l'édulcorant, la levure et la cannelle.Y ajouter l'œuf, le fromage blanc et le lait. Puis finir par ajouter les carottes.
  3. Verser le mélange dans le moule à cake garni de papier sulfurisé, saupoudrer de noix (amandes, noisettes ou noix de pecan ; facultatif).
  4. Enfourner pour 45 min de cuisson.
  5. Au service le gâteau, on peut glacer le gâteau avec un mélange de sucre glace et jus de citron ou de creamcheese sucré (facultatif).
