  1. The wrap on a plate, first spread the guacamole (optional if you want to warm up or eat the wrap cold).
  2. Lay the salad (arugula and spinach), tomato and cucumber.
  3. Followed by the cooked chicken breast on top of the salad.
  4. Layer the cheese and fold the wrap then eat.
