Delicious & addicting snack. Personally, I don't use oil.
Season with any of your favorite types of flavors. I love an Indian inspired masala mix. Great with garlic, onion, or any of your favorite spices! YUM!

My friends thought they were corn nuts then spit them out and said they tasted like dog food! It became entertaining after a while :)

I am excited about this recipe. I've made 2 batches. I did not use oil and I added the seasoning to the chick peas while they were toasting. One batch had 2 tsp of Cajun seasoning while the other had 2 tsp of pumpkin pie spice.
