Salmon Patties

A simple, low-carb dish using only 5 ingredients.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Pre-heat oven at 350°F.
  2. Mash salmon in a bowl. Add remaining ingredients and mix.
  3. Form patties with approximately 2 inches diameter. Place in parchment lined tray.
  4. Bake for 30-40 minutes or until golden brown. Let it cool then serve.
