Warm Spinach & Pepper Salad
A delightful low carb salad with a beautiful blend of spinach, bell peppers and feta
Ingredients
Directions
- Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add peppers and sauté for 1 minute, turn heat down to medium and continue sautéing for 3 minutes.
- Add garlic and lemon juice sauté for 30 seconds to 1 minute.
- Add spinach. Sauté until all the spinach has wilted.
- Off heat and stir in feta. Serve immediately.
