Directions
- Melt chocolate and butter together in double boiler.
- Add sugar and cocoa, eggs and vanilla.
- Put in 300° F (150° C) oven for 30 minutes.

It comes out to 22 carbs per serving but OH BABY!
No one at Thanksgiving had any quibbles! All was eaten.
We don't use the whey protein in it tho.

4 squares of chocolate is equal to 4 oz. or 110-120 grams.

Looks yummy. But out of interest (because in Uk we have different measurements) can someone pls tell me what size/weight are the chocolate cooking squares?

I haven't tried this out yet using a sugar substitute, but I did figure the carb counts for the ingredients listed and I'm getting that each serving would have about 34g of carbs before subtracting the fiber. BTW, 3/4 cup of sugar has 580.5 Calories vs. 72 Calories in 3/4 cup of Splenda Granulated.

I have never had it with splenda - I don't react well to artificial sweeteners - but please let me know if it works out!

If you made this with splenda instead of sugar how many calories would be cut out? And could you substitute the butter with anything else?
