Chocolate Almond Fat Bomb

This is a soft fudgey coconut coated keto treat.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Melt the coconut oil and almond butter in a bowl or measuring cup carefully.
  2. Add cocoa powder, flour and monk fruit extract.
  3. Mix well and put in fridge for about 40 minutes.
  4. Using a tablespoon divide into 9 pieces, then quickly form balls and insert an almond and reform into the shape you would like. These melt very quickly so put it back in the fridge if they are getting too soft. Set them on parchment paper.
  5. Set up a small bowl with the coconut flakes, pull the balls back out of the fridge and quickly roll each in the flakes and set into a storage container. Put back in fridge.
  6. Note: another sweetener besides monk fruit extract can be used.
