Peppermint Fudge

A wonderful low carb peppermint fudge.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Melt butter on low heat, and add chocolate. After melted, remove from heat, and stir in cream, vanilla, peppermint and Splenda. Mix till all is dissolved.
  2. Pour mixture into 8x8" pan that is lined with foil or parchment paper. Freeze.
  3. Cut with a knife into 64 squares.
  4. Keep stored in the freezer.

I used Great Value No Calorie Sweetener and if I figured right, there were only 2.55 carbs. i couldn't find it in the foods by the cup. Be careful that still adds up.

Delicious. This really satisfies my sweet tooth. I may try it will other flavorings as well, such as almond.
