Spicy Avocado Devil-less Eggs
Eggs made with avocado and a touch of Miracle Whip Light.
Ingredients
Directions
- Boil eggs for 20 minutes, cool and peel.
- Puree avocado, add salt, pepper, and vinegar.
- Mix Miracle Whip in avocado mixture.
- Slice eggs in half long ways, remove yolks.
- Mash yolks into avocado mixture.
- Stuff egg white halves with avocado/yolk mixture.
- Sprinkle with paprika, and red pepper flakes to taste.
