Creamsicle Milkshake

A delicious thick orange cream shake.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Combine ingredients and a few ice cubes in blender.
  2. Blend on high until smooth.
  3. Note: any flavor gelatin powder works.

Very simple and awesome. I used Plain Greek Yogurt for extra protein. I also used a full teaspoon instead of a half to offset the greek yogurt flavor. This tasted pretty decent for being as healthy as it is.

Blech! It's possible that I just got a bad brand of yogurt but that didn't taste too good. Seemed that there was only enough gelatin powder to give it a token amount of flavor.
