Orange Spinach Smoothie
A great breakfast on the go.
Ingredients
Directions
- Freeze Spinach and Banana if possible.
- Put all ingredients in blender and blend slow for 30 seconds. Make sure to try not to froth.
- Pour into your large glass. Plastic is not acceptable. :)
- Note: tastes so much better than you think and really healthy!

I adore green smoothies but would refrain from using orange juice and use an extra piece of fresh fruit instead and add water to keep it 100% healthy. Orange juice often contains added sugar and other ingredients.

I use this at least 3 times a week. You can change the spinach amount to your liking. I tend toward the heavy side for the nutritional value.
