I love these cookies, so did my husband. I used home made applesauce and the cookies are to die for. 14-Feb_2022

They are great, did not add cinnamon, used 2 tablespoons of yogurt instead of margarine, added 1/2 of pecans. We love them.

Delicious! Though I made some modifications to mix it up. I used all quick cooking oats instead of a mix of oats and flour and left out the margarine (add ~1/4 cup of plain nonfat yogurt instead). I also played with the add-ins: raisins and chopped apples for some batches, and to make them a bit more decadent, I added slivered almonds, chocolate chips, and/or a couple tablespoons of cocoa powder to other batches. I let the dry ingredients soak in the wets for a few minutes before baking to try and help them hold together a little better.

Pretty tasty but I do not see how this could possibly make 48 servings. The most I could get out of it was 24 and they were not even large servings. So in that case mine turned out to be 94 Calories/serving.

Margarine and brown sugar are not allowed on the Sonoma Diet. Can we come up with substitutes?

This mix was a lil runny for cookie dough, but they turned out okay. I shortened the baking time; I prefer chewy over crunchy. I will make them again.
