Recette de croquettes à base de carotte, n'hésitez plus c'est léger.

Directions

  1. Pelez les carottes et râpez-les.
  2. Ajoutez les oeufs, les herbes (aux choix), la farine, salez et poivrez et mélangez.
  3. Faire des petites boules du mélange, et les cuire de chaque côté.
  4. Vous pouvez y ajouter du fromage type feta.
