Puntpaprika met Champignons en Geitenkaas

Lekker licht.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Champignons in schijfjes.
  2. Puntpaprika doormidden en schoonmaken en eventueel 1 minuut in magnetron om iets zachter te maken als je dat lekker vindt.
  3. Champignons roerbakken, in droge pan met eventueel klein beetje water eventueel peper en zout.
  4. Champignons in/op halve puntpaprika's, plakje geitenkaas er over verdelen.

simpel en lekker, maar verwarmd (kort in grill/magnetron) smelt de geitenkaas een klein beetje door de champignons heen....nog lekkerder dus:)
