Sopa Creme de Inhame

Directions

  1. Numa panela de pressão ferver a água. Acrescentar os vegetais, inclusive o alho sem refogar mesmo. Tampe a panela e aguarde fazer aquele barulhinho, depois disso deixe cozinhar por 10 minutos.
  2. Enquanto aguarda o cozimento dos vegetais, refogue a carne no azeite. Tempere com sal, ervas, açafrão, colorau e pimenta do reino e reserve.
  3. Retire a panela de pressão do fogo, coloque os vegetais cozidos no liquidificador. Adicione água se julgar necessário. Corrija o sal e acrescente ervas frescas e pimenta. Volte para a panela e acrescente a carne.
