Fond d'artichaut avec crottin de chèvre, lamelles de tomate et jambon.

Directions
- Disposer les fonds d'artichauts dans un plat, poser les tranches de chèvre, ajouter la tomate coupée en dés et le jambon couper en lamelles.
- Saler, poivrer, quelques herbes de provence et une goutte d'huile sur chaque chèvre. Mettre au four 10 à 15mn à 200°.
