Ceviche de Atún

Esta es una receta muy sana y además es deliciosa.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. En un tazón poner el atún escurrido, la cebolla picada, el jugo de los 4 limones, chiles frescos 2 a 3 piezas finamente picados (dependiendo si disfruta de este producto) sal y pimienta al gusto. Los chiles también son al gusto.
  2. Dejar los 5 minutos macerando. Después agregue el cilantro y el tomate rojo picado.
  3. Por último distribuye de aceite de oliva.
  4. Sirva acompañado con tostadas o galletas saladas light y adorne con una tajada de aguacate.

se disminuyen las calorías sustituyendo el aceite por limón al gusto y en lugar de galletas o tostadas, servir en rodajas de pepino, de rábano u hojas de lechuga
