A quick dinner for those busy nights. All you need to do is add a side vegetable and dinner is done in no time.
Ingredients
Directions
- Spray a large skillet with cooking spray and heat on medium-high heat.
- Add chicken and cover. Cook 4-5 minutes on each side or until cooked through. Remove chicken from skillet, and cover to keep warm.
- Add water and soup to skillet. Stir in rice. Bring to boil reduce heat, cover and simmer for 5 minutes. Remove from heat and stir, cover. Let stand 5 minutes or until liquid is absorbed. Fluff with fork.
- Top with chicken and serve.

Reviews
I haven't used this recipe yet, so I don't know what it tastes like, but for a weight watchers diet I don't think this is a great idea. I put it into my points plus calculator and it comes up to 9 points. I know its a dinner meal and all but considering that my points for the day are only 29 that makes a big dent in my allowance for the day.
