Pollo Tikka Masala

Pechuga de pollo con especias y leche de coco.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Se corta la pechuga de pollo en trozos de bocado y se ponen en un cuenco donde vamos a añadir todas las especias. Se mezclan bien las especias con el pollo, se añade el yogur y el zumo de limón, se mezcla bien y se deja marinar al menos 4 horas en el frigorífico.
  2. Se pone en una cazuela un poco de aceite de oliva y se pochar la cebolla, previamente cortada muy finita. Cuando empieze a dorarse se echa el tomate triturado, y cuando esté casi hecho se añade el pollo y se cocina unos minutos.
  3. Después añadimos la leche de coco y dejamos hervir a fuego suave unos 15 minutos (o hasta que se haga salsa), removiendo de vez en cuando.
