Magical Peanut Butter Cookies

A simple recipe for peanut butter cookies.

Directions

  1. Mix all ingredients together well.
  2. Form into 18 balls and bake 10-15 minutes at 350° F (175° C).
  3. Note: recipe featured on a show by Paula Deen.

depends on the diet you're on. For South Beach NATURAL peanut butter would be best. The problem with low fat or fat free is they add sugar to it. check the serving size for your diet of PB !

If you use fat-free peanut butter I don't see why they wouldn't be allowed

OOOOO BAD one for Fat Flush.... Peanut Butter, and Splenda are NOT ALLOWED. If you are on FAT FLUSH don't eat these you'll be gaining not losing! weight
