Yesterday , had perdue chicken breaded, 2 ice cream bars ( nestle crunch), 2 separate salads with ranch,tomato,cucumber,onion,cheese,coke no sugar, water,
eggs with meat stick with butter in the microwave - add water for fluffy eggs to get more volume, fact of the day - LOL

Today so far, coke no sugar, cucumber sliced with garlic salt, 2 hard boiled eggs - Going for cajun shrimp with butter, cucumber slices , looking for other vegy to have at that time - Looking to do some kind of baked or grilled fish this evening and that will be salmon or walleye, see if theyll grill for me - tomato slices with salt pepper - This should be 100% spot on and also might brew up some seafood gumbo for the weekend to start-

Eating good can be fun, experiment -

Don't set goals too tight to drive you crazy - If you been doing good and are stressed, just slow it down a hair, get your breathe and take off again - This is a life thing and you speed up and slow down - This don't mean stopping. The other alternative ,if you are going full bore all the time, is an all out frustration blitzkrieg on food - I'm just saying - Congrats on all the effort out there - It's inspiring and back at you - Much success to all of you - Go Green!!!!! Y0U CAN DO IT

I have my bagels and hot chocolate instead of ice cream bars. Have to be able to eat something I like to stick to the plan!

Eating good IS fun especially when you experiment! First priority is to eat well and when we get that part balanced out, then lose weight. I personally find that focusing just on weight loss makes me obsess over food and exercise and I can forget to enjoy life!
