Six days back in Keto eating and lost 5 lbs....guess I will have to stay here for ever....10 months away and gain 21 lbs....ouch!
84.0 kg Lost so far: 14.9 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.

Congrats on the 5 lbs down, it's a great start. Look at it as getting back on the right life-path for eating, if it's for life it doesn't matter if it's 10 weeks or 10 months. Just keep on the path. I'm back on mine after a hiatus as well.
