This is water weight, for sure.
I'm trying to pass a kidney stone, and drank 1.5 liters of water last night before bedtime.
Was hoping to pass the kidney that I thought might have made it to the bladder, due to symptoms I've gotten in the last 3 days.

12/21/16, Wed 6pm
I started using baking soda right away after I talked to Sorina who told me about it. And no kidney stone pain pretty much since then.
Then a few days ago I started to get some symptoms that made me think the stone had made it to the bladder. Was hoping anyway.
But good news: 6 p.m. tonight I passed a kidney stone!!! 4.7mm x 7.9mm.
:) :) :)

Thanks! :) Not sure it helped, but I do think baking soda helped tip it over the edge to PASSING to the bladder. (I had one stuck for ten years, 1999 to 2009 but no pain MOST of that time.) I had been doing all kinds of things to help it: like drinking water, Taking Niu Xi & Stone Pass chinese herbs, riding my bicycle and my scooter over as many bumps as possible (they say there is a roller coaster somewhere that if sitting in the last car, very good chance to dislodge a kidney stone from the ureter.) stretching forward a lot (180 toe touches every morning, and 100 every night), taking ginger juice for pain every day... It's been ongoing for four months. and I passed a small stone 8/1/2016. (actually I have passed three stones in 2001 & 2010, diagnosed as having 9 in the kidneys, cat scan.)
