Really wasn't a bad day yesterday! Besides wanting to drop kick the kitten a few times since he now decided the top of the kitchen table is the place for him. I wouldn't do that, but I'm also not having those litter laden paws on our eating surface! The 1 yo helped me fill/unfill/fill/unfill/fill/PO'ed baby for taking her "toys" away/fill the dishwasher. :) Good time hanging out with the wife's family for dinner. Her sister has a talented way of turning EVERYTHING dirty.

Me: Eating green beans
Her: "you like those poles don't you?"
Me: Head down, pushes plate away.

Actual:
Waist Measure: 33" on 11/22 (Goal is 32")
BF %: 16.5% on 11/22 (Goal is 10%)
Pushups: 50 this morning. A little rough at the end. Half way! (Goal is 100)
Fasting: Broke fast at noon

Cut Plan:
Pushups: 55 tomorrow. 60 Thanksgiving, 50 Black Friday.
Fasting: Water fast today until noon.
Weight: 175lb by 11/23 (.6 lbs away) & finish cut by end of year. I'm going to say this goal is met!

Add dips in December probably.
79.7 kg Lost so far: 18.5 kg.    Still to go: 2.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
