So it's been about 15 months since I was last here.. Sorry for the long absence. I have opened a new business and my life is overall happier, heavier, and less stressful. Thanks to those who said hi when I was away. I am still alive and well, and think of you all often and with gratitude and fondness.
100.7 kg Lost so far: 26.3 kg.    Still to go: 33.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
