Weight in this morning nude before workout & breakfast.

I know I could have done better over the weekend Having sore throat & cold I just stayed in bed drinking Oj water eating whatever I can taste
92.1 kg Lost so far: 5.3 kg.    Still to go: 10.4 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
