I lost over a quarter pounder with cheese the last two days! LOL.

I can handle the slow and steady stuff just fine for the meantime.
96.2 kg Lost so far: 25.9 kg.    Still to go: 21.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

I haven't eaten one of those since my girlfriend worked at McDonalds and gave us the "Extra" Burgers left over at the end of the night! ;) What a naughty girl. Maybe because I ate so many, I am now disgusted by them. Lol. 8 Sticks of butter? Really? Thanks for the support.
