204.8 lbs. Up from my last weigh in of a while ago, but down from the 209 I hit last week - gotta look at this in positive way! Now to continue in this direction. I'm keeping calories and carbs low again today and will try to continue the low carbs over the holiday weekend. Dinner and a show are scheduled for tomorrow night but I'll skip anything starchy, breads,and dessert. Will however enjoy a glass of red wine!

Being in the right mindframe makes such a huge difference. My mind is in the right place to get this done, just need to keep it there
92.9 kg Lost so far: 22.3 kg.    Still to go: 6.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Thanks Steve and Bill. Bill, I have a stocky frame but I'm also short for a guy at just under 5' 7". So truthfully I still have too much fat on me at this weight. 190 is doable for me, I'd like to get there and maintain for a bit then make an honest evaluation.
