Well this may be one of my Happiest Days here at FS that i have had in a long time...I have just reach my third weight loss goal of 170 lbs from 220 lbs starting January 12. I tried to record in the IF Beast challenge but after trying a couple times nothing. so I came to Canada to try the last time...so hope this works. Question now for me...do I stop and maintain or just keep on rocking....I am showing many sags in my skin..XXX and XX shirts down to Large an one X. I now have to buy some new cloths...I look like an orphan in my large shirts and shorts. Bike riding every morning still at 2 hours rain or shine. Time to start Monks new Challenge IF Best 2.0 so hurry and sign up. C U DAr

Thanks guys...i think i will follow monks advice and just let the body decide when to stop losing weight. I am in for the next round I.F. Beast 2.0 for the next goal of 160...another 10 lbs. Shirts medium to large size only. also logged in my weight in Canada site and it worked out.

Lol yeah, ill stop losing weight when I stop losing weight. Im not going to set a final target. I may stop when I hit 190. I just don't know. Or I may stop when I hit 180. But that one I doubt. I find the more I lose, the less hungry I get. Because there is less body to feed. Its kind of an odd feeling knowing I am shrinking.

Knuckles 1 1/2 years ago i could not even walk...legs black and went to the Doctor and found out had diabetics....after my research and the medicine that the doctor gave me found out by cutting carbs lowers insulin and the idea of going LCHF was borne....found fat secret shortly after that, begin to track my food and now I have been normal for three months...the weight loss was only a bonus and was not purpose when I stated this keto life still....Now still 72yo but feeling fifty again....OH! and it is true for every 35 lbs you lose you get back 1 inch. hope you get my drift. LOL

LOL I have noticed. I have lost 94 so far. Trust me, I get you. lol. Im just glad I can SEE IT again. hahahaha. I got lucky though that I caught my weight before diabetes set in. I was close though. And don't worry, I wont steal your bike. Im still too big to ride a bike. Waiting till I break 300 for that. Then your bike better be locked up. lol
